ALFDC membership: a circle of 12 First Nations, working together.
ALFDC is owned and directed by 12 First Nations in Ontario. We coordinate the funding, programs, and training that each community draws on.
What ALFDC does
ALFDC is shared by the 12 Nations, not placed above them. We coordinate programs, shared tools like the simulator lab, and labour market data, and we take on much of the funding and reporting. Decisions stay with each Nation and its local office.
