How ALFDC works
Delivering a full range of employment services, from your first conversation through to a job that lasts.
We work alongside 12 First Nations and nine Local Delivery Mechanisms (LDMs) across Ontario. Your LDM and band office are your local home for support. ALFDC is the circle around them, bringing training, supports, funding, and employer connections together for all 12 Nations. Think of us as a trusted front door: we help you find the right program and the right people, and we walk the path with you.

Reaching Home
As the Indigenous Community Entity for Reaching Home in Toronto, we work with Indigenous housing and homelessness partners to move funding where communities say it is needed most.
